+What type of resources do you offer?

We provide two different types of document, PDF and Microsoft Word.

+How much do you charge?

In order to access ALL the resources on this Website, you are required to pay the following annual subscription fees:

Single user - £8.99 pa

We accept Visa, Mastercard & PayPal.

 

In August 2018, we had to increase our annual price to £8.99. What this means is all new members signing up will pay the new price of £8.99, and all members already subscribed will carry on paying the price they signed up with, which was £7.99. If a user cancels/stops their subscription and then signs back up, they will then start paying the new price.

+Is this an annual subscription?

Our subscription is an annual fee which will be automatically taken out off your account on the date given in your welcome/confirmation email, using the card details you used to subscribe with. If you want to use a different card to renew, then you can change the card details yourself via the 'Subscription Menu' after you login.

You will be sent a reminder email prior to this renewal.

If you do not wish to renew your subscription , you can manually turn off the renewal feature yourself. This can be done by clicking on the 'Renewal' link on the 'Subscription Menu' which can be found on the right once you log-in.

Your membership begins on the date on which you subscribe and finishes on the day before that calendar date the following month.

+What is your policy for refunds

REFUNDS: If you change your mind or forget to turn off the re-subscription, on the condition you did not download any of our resources (not free ones), you have 24hrs after the money is taken to contact us and get a full refund. Any refund requests after this period will not be the full amount due to charges from the bank already being deducted.

 

 

+I forgot my password/Username

Just click on the 'Forgot my Password' or 'Username' option where you login, then simply follow the instructions. If you still have problems then please just email and we will be happy to help you.

+I tried signing up but it did not complete the process?

This might be because an ad blocker on your browser or a security setting is too high and this has blocked the final process. Sometimes gov/school security is quite high and it has been known to be a problem completing the process. Please try again, use a different browser, device or mobile phone. You will receive a welcome email once the subscription has successfully complete. Any problems please just contact us.

+How do I Cancel my Subscription?

If you do not wish to renew your subscription , you can manually turn off the renewal feature yourself. This can be done by clicking on the 'Renewal' link on the 'Subscription Menu' which can be found on the right once you log-in.

Your membership begins on the date on which you subscribe and finishes on the day before that calendar date the following month.

If you pay via PayPal and wish to cancel, you can cancel the annual subscription in your PayPal account if you want but you still must cancel the subscription on our site, as we will still try to renew your subscription unless you turn it off when you login to our website.
